General Information

Tianna Henry Studios is an art business based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in custom commissions, fine art prints, and various art-inspired goods. All online orders are processed and shipped from Toronto. By using our website, you agree to these terms, and any disputes arising will be governed by Canadian law.
Commissions
​
When commissioning a custom artwork from Tianna Henry Studios, please ensure you provide all necessary details at the time of deposit. Commissioned works will be completed based on the information provided by the client. A non-refundable deposit will be required before starting the project. Once the artwork is completed, you will receive a final approval image. After approval, the artwork will be shipped or delivered digitally depending on the agreed-upon terms. Any significant changes requested after the final approval may result in additional charges.
Art Prints AND Merchandise

We sell high-quality prints of original artwork, as well as a variety of goods featuring our designs. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive the best quality. Estimated processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders, such as commissioned artwork, may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs or import duties in your country.
Returns and Exchanges

At Tianna Henry Studios, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any concerns. Merchandise returns or exchanges are accepted upon communication with us. To initiate a return or exchange, please email tiannahenrystudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Custom commissions and personalized artwork are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping or there is a significant defect. Digital downloads and services (such as event bookings) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Event Policy

Tianna Henry Studios hosts various public events, including Paint & Sips, workshops, art shows, and other creative gatherings. All event bookings are final once payment is received. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or transfer your spot to another event. In the event Tianna Henry Studios cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future event. In the case of a third party collaboration, please contact them directly.
Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and photo/video content on our website are the intellectual property of Tianna Henry Studios. This includes any commissioned works, prints, and merchandise. You may not reproduce, resell, or use any of our content without express written permission from the artist.
